As we near the end of another circle around the sun, Google Play looks back at the year gone by in mobile apps, games and entertainment content, using data from its downloads and sales from 2014. The most downloaded apps for the year include language learning app-game crossover Duolingo, Web radio favorite Pandora, calorie counter tool MyFitnessPal and Facebook’s and Netflix’s mobile apps.
