Twitter has announced its first mobile developer conference. Called Twitter Flight, the event takes on October 22 at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco, and will cost you $140. Twitter says Flight is “built by developers, for developers.” The goal is to help developers build the best mobile apps with the social platform using Java, Objective-C or Swift.
